The Institute of Public Finance attempts to make its website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of websites and mobile device software tools of public sector bodies in the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 17/19.; hereinafter: Act), adopted for transposing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).
This Digital Accessibility Statement shall apply to the website http://zaklada.ijf.hr.
Conformity level
The website http://zaklada.ijf.hr has been partially aligned with the Act on the Accessibility of websites and mobile device software tools of public sector bodies.
Inaccessible content
The content listed below is inaccessible for following reasons:
- some content (texts) has not been left-aligned
- optimum use of desktop reader has not been secured
Raising accessibility level
The Institute of Public Finance is currently in the process of redesigning its website and will make maximum effort to implement corrective measures for resolving the issue of inaccessible content on its website. Further upgrades and redesigns of the website will aim to increase the accessibility level to the greatest possible extent.

The implementation of the Act on the Accessibility of websites and mobile device software tools of public sector bodies (OG 17/19) is controlled by the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia. Inspection regarding the implementation of the Act on the Accessibility of websites and mobile device software tools of public sector bodies (OG 17/19) is conducted by inspectors and other authorised officials of the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia.
The monitoring procedure is under the scope of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (OG 25/13 and 85/15).
