The Trust has the exclusive right to publish the awarded papers entered for the competition. Awarded papers and papers that, in the opinion of the Award Committee and the reviewers, satisfy a certain quality level will be printed in the review Public Sector Economics published by the Institute of Public Finance, so the paper should be formatted (edited) according to the journal’s instructions for publishing.
Competitors whose works have not been published in the journal can, after receiving the rejection notification, publish their works wherever they like. Works that are published in Public Sector Economics can be reprinted in other publications with the necessary acknowledgement that they were written for the competition and then published in Public Sector Economics.
