The Foundation is inviting authors to submit theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented papers in the field of public sector economics to this competition. Papers can analyse the role and functioning of the public sector at macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic levels, in both advanced and emerging market economies. Papers providing new perspectives, new assessments, judgements and knowledge are particularly welcome.
The qualities expected to be found in submissions are analytical rigour and creativity, as well as originality and technical proficiency.
Only original and unpublished works can be considered.
In the award adjudication process, the age of the entrants will be taken into consideration, with younger contestants receiving extra points.
The papers must be submitted electronically under a passcode.
